My husband and I stopped in unexpectedly and were greeted by Patrick who is very personable and friendly. Not pushy. He listened to me, answered all my questions, even when more popped up later. He offered information to help me come to a decision- not his decision, but mine. No question was ever considered stupid or silly. Patrick wanted to make sure I had no confusion about the product I wanted to purchase, that I was completely comfortable with it. Very pleasant shopping experience!

From sales/financing to service, everyone I have worked with here is an absolute all-star..Sales/Financing: For most people (I believe) the thought of purchasing a new car is a dreadful experience. However, I recently purchased a CPO Acura from Joe Bullard Acura and my fears and dread quickly faded. They LISTENED to my needs and INFORMED me of my options, offering suggestions on how to get me into a car that was perfect for ME. They did not try to sell me through pressure, rather through KNOWLEDGE. Service: The absolute best service I have experienced, not just in the auto industry, but in any industry. (Special shout out to Cameron & George). Just after purchasing my car, I unexpectedly had to move to Chicago, with no access to the JB service center. Half way across the country, the service members still make me feel as important as if I were right down the road. In a recent phone call to the service center, Cameron spent 20 minutes at the very end of his day discussing on the phone with me, steps that I can take to prepare my car for the Chicago cold. From going over liquids that would or would not risk freezing, to engine and tire care. It would have been so easy for them to move on from me as a potential 'customer', being so far away, but I dont believe they see me as a 'customer', instead a part of the JB Acura family.They clearly understand the importance of work culture here, and it show through the enthusiasm and helpfulness of their employees. Thank you everyone!
I had a great experience purchasing my RDX! Larry Stewart is very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. All team members were very pleasant and there was never any high pressure sales pitches.
What I liked most about my experience with Joe Bullard is that they were not pushy! Shopping for a car is extremely stressful and something I have never enjoyed. I did a ton of online research before we started the process. When we got to the dealership, Patrick came out to help us. We were interested in a couple of Highlanders. He gave us the keys and let us test drive without coming with us. This is something I have never experienced. Most dealerships accost you when you pull up and won't let you have a moment to discuss the car without them being present. This freedom allowed my husband and me to drive the car and chat pros and cons without any feedback from the peanut gallery.It was a week after the test drive that we came back to purchase and the process was extremely easy and pleasant, believe it or not. I think getting pre-approved and knowing what financing options you have is key. Patrick had the car washed and filled up with gas before we left, which was a nice gesture. I am sure that is common but I haven't bought a car in 12 years so... If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, you should definitely check out Joe Bullard!
I had the most amazing car buying experience with Patrick at Joe Bullard Acura. Patrick was informative, never pushy and I even got some extras just by asking. No haggling involved. My car was delivered a few days later at no extra charge. Everyone I encountered working with Joe Bullard was friendly, personable and as excited about my purchase as I am! I have been a Honda/Acura customer since 2002 and had a 2016 Acura RDX that I leased from Joe Bullard back in October 2015. I decided to try something different when my lease was up and wasn't happy at all. So, I contacted Patrick Norton (my previous contact on my RDX) to see what options (if any ) I may have. I am just gonna go ahead and say I probably drove him crazy, but he never showed it if I did. LOL! Sam and Patrick worked so hard to get me back in an Acura. And guess what?? They did!! I now have a gorgeous 2019 MDX SH-AWD TECH in my driveway!! I love it!! I plan to add a few accessories on it in the future. I am happy to be back with Cameron (Service) and Patrick!! They have taken such great care of me!! I also want to publicly thank Sam (Sales Manager), Emily in service, and the General Manager (Deven) for being so patient with this crazy lady! They were awesome as well!! I am thrilled to once again say..."I am Joe Bullard." I don't plan to ever leave them any time soon. 🙂
This was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. John and Sam gave me the information I needed about the vehicle to do a true comparison with the other brands I was considering and Acura came out way ahead. I was treated with respect. I never felt like I was being pressured. John was the first car salesman to say he was the one to call with questions after the purchase. That meant a lot. Joe Bullard Acura is definitely the best car dealership I’ve ever done business with. I highly recommend them.
