Patrick was wonderful to work with. He was attentive to detail and helped me find the right car for our family. He treated us like family. The F&I Manager (Shannon?) also made the contracting process a breeze. After securing our own financing from a local credit union, we were surprised when she could beat the outside rate. We ended up financing at the dealership.
By far the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. The negotiations with the Internet Sales area were easy, the trade in was fair. The communications by phone and email were timely. When there was a misunderstanding, they called to talk it over. When we arrived after a two hour drive to the dealership, the people in person were friendly and even the paperwork was harmless, and good for a few laughs.
